I have been so pleased with the treatment I have received from your salon. I have brought several friends and now they too enjoy the benefits of beautiful nails and great customer service.

I like Luv Nails also but you really need to do some updating--flooring, decor, and especially manicure tables. Dan & Donna do good work. Donna is very sweet, kind, and polite to clients. But some good cleaning and new equipment would bring in more customers. And the atmosphere is not helped by those two guys who just hang around and do nothing. They do not make clients feel safe or welcome

Please keep in mind that when a customer makes an appointment in advance, especially the first appointment of the day, she expects to be the first client. Luv Nails opens at 10:00 a.m., but the staff will sometimes accept clientele earlier than 10:00. While that is commendable, it is frustrating when that earlier appointment goes past opening and interferes with a scheduled appointment. Even a wait of 20 minutes interferes with a client's plans after leaving the salon. Thank you for bringing this to the attention of Ken.

I always make an appointment, but find that walk-ins take priority and I end up waiting too long while they are getting finished. They should have to wait if they haven't planned ahead enough to call first. Also, the place is not clean. Sometimes the previous person's sanded nail crumbs are left on the same table that I put my hands, without being wiped off. Why don't they use clean small towels instead of plastic placemats? Also, the equipment used for manicures is old, dirty, and out of date. Time for me to go elsewhere.
